Working from his home studio, which includes a veritable scrapyard of reclaimed materials, his primary process of sculpting is welding. His self-taught skills continue to evolve with an artistry and craftsmanship now characteristic of his work. Brian enjoys the challenge of giving old, used objects a new purpose, and is often referred to as a “metal evolutionist.”
Giving old, everyday objects a new life as one sculpture is an artistically demanding, yet gratifying, process.
