Lalit Patidar, a 13-year-old boy from Central India, was born with a rare condition that causes excessive body hair growth. It causes him great inconvenience when he eats, getting hair in his mouth. The condition also led to hardships at school. “They used to shout names at me”, he says of the bullying. But after learning more about the condition, Patidar’s schoolmates and villagers have accepted him.
