It looks like roughly 40% of cars didn’t stop at the junction in this video. They don’t stop because it appears to be clear for the reasons outlined in this video. Or simply because they are extremely important people who need to get where they are going about 10 seconds faster than if they had stopped. Or, ya know, because they are just idiots.
