Breastfeeding your husband or partner… that’s okay

Breastmilk does carry a lot of potent benefits. It has a varied nutrient-dense profile, contains good calories and healthy antibodies which support well-being. Researchers believe those compounds may help adults with Crohn’s disease, arthritis, even autism.

Isn’t it funny that we find milk coming from a cow’s titty tasty, but milk coming from an actual human titty disgusting? Most moms say breast milk smells like it tastes — like cows’ milk, but milder and sweeter. Some say their milk sometimes has a “soapy” smell.

Someone who drinks breast milk most likely will be totally fine. The only exceptions: If the person who produced the milk has any infectious diseases, like HIV or hepatitis, the person drinking could be exposed to them. 

People think it’s weird, but then imagine what people thought when the first person suggested we get the milk out from a cow’s udder…
